The five week test has finally come to an end, and it’s nice to see the finishes considering everyone moved around a ton of places, week to week in each region. The invitations are being sent and everyone can take a break from qualifiers as 99% of Open athletes finish their season.

Top 20 from the SouthWest Region (includes Arizona, Utah, Nevada, New Mexico, Colorado) advance to the next step of the CrossFit Games – to REGIONALS. Since I got 4th out of 6,068 women in our region (wooooooaaahh there are so many girls competing!) that means I get one of those coveted tickets. Our “super-region” is combined with the top athletes from South Central (Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi) and all of Latin America. We’ll be throwing down in DALLAS, TX May 15-17! Who’s coming??

In the worldwide tally I got 65th out of 108,764 women (that is a LOT of women competing in the Open – #GIRLPOWER) which Im proud of. Honestly, I look back and see how many workouts I did twice, how much I thought about our results as a gym or how all my friends were doing and Im totally happy and content with the turnout and results! The community and camaraderie built me up & I can’t say how EXCITED I am for the next level, my fourth year of Regionals.

Let’s UNIFY and do this together!!!
